Terms and Conditions

At Braoola Beauty Studio, we are committed to delivering a professional, relaxing, and high-quality beauty experience for every client. To ensure fairness, efficiency, and respect for everyone’s time, the following terms and conditions apply to all bookings and services.


1. Bookings and Deposits

All appointments are confirmed only after a 10% deposit has been received. This deposit secures your booking slot and allows us to prepare for your appointment.

Please note the following:

  • The 10% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you once the deposit is paid.
  • Failure to pay the deposit may result in the appointment not being secured.

This policy ensures that time is reserved exclusively for each client and helps prevent scheduling disruptions.


2. Wig Installation Requirements

To ensure the best results and a seamless installation, clients booking wig installation services must follow these preparation guidelines:

  • New wigs must be brought to the studio at least one day or two days before the appointment to allow time for customization and preparation.
  • Clients must arrive with neat wig cornrows to allow for proper installation.
  • Please do not arrive with braids, as they interfere with the installation process.

Failure to follow these preparation steps may affect the quality of the service or lead to rescheduling.


3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, due to limited booking availability, the following policy applies:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • No-shows may be required to pay in full for future bookings before securing another appointment.

This policy allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain an organized schedule.


4. Late Arrivals

Punctuality is important to ensure that every client receives the full service experience.

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a R100 late fee.
  • If a client arrives 30 minutes late or more, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

This helps prevent delays that may affect other scheduled clients.


5. Additional Fees

Certain situations may require additional service charges:

  • Bookings outside standard working hours or days may incur an additional R100 service fee.
  • Mobile services may include travel fees depending on the location.

Clients will always be informed of any additional charges before the service begins.


6. Health and Safety Policy

For hygiene, safety, and professional standards, clients must adhere to the following:

  • Clients must arrive with a clean, bare face for makeup services unless otherwise advised.
  • If a client has visible infections or contagious conditions (such as pink eye, cold sores, or similar conditions), the service may be refused for health and safety reasons.

In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded, as the appointment time has already been reserved.


7. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment with Braoola Beauty Studio, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These policies help us maintain a professional environment while ensuring every client receives the highest quality beauty service.
